In June of 1907, Holy Trinity was established as a Mission in Hollidaysburg with just a few members. In May of 1910, the building was nearly completed and the first service was held with an overflowing congregation. The members were looking forward to a fourth confirmation class.
Holy Trinity is a church within the Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania.
Our Episcopal worship service centers on a modern version of The Book of Common Prayer that dates back to 1549. Lay people participate in all the Liturgy. We have a choir and celebrate with hymns and music throughout our service. We celebrate the Holy Eucharist each Sunday. Special Services are also scheduled throughout the year.
A nursery is provided as an option for young children during the service. Sunday School is offered for children in the parish, as well as Youth Group activities. Various Adult Education opportunities are offered throughout the year.
We actively involve ourselves in our community with support for many outreach programs.
As a community we come together to hear the Word of God, to celebrate the Sacraments, and to then serve in mission and outreach.
Holy Trinity welcomes you.
